Sengir @ mytourmaps.com
1996 - 2007

So it´s finally come to an end.

It all started 11 years ago with a bunch of guys wanting to play in a band,
really not even knowing how to play their instrument :)

After we realized we couldn´t sing (which didn´t take us very long :-p),
we were smart enough to hire a female singer.
Finally, we started to make some progress :-p

What started off as pure fun, evolved in to more we could have ever hoped for!

Every time we thought this was as far as it would ever go, we got one step further :-p

Some memorable moments go from playing with The Gathering in The Steeple, The Capital Rock Fest Waremme, Melkweg Amsterdam, the Metal Female Voices Festsss, Broerenkerk Zwolle, The Underworld London, Pest Pop Oktoberhallen, Ancienne Belgique Brussels, Biebob, Graspop Metal Meeting, ... and so many other great concerts.

We´ve had some very good times these past years!

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end one day, and today we have reached that point. The time is right for us to go our separate ways.
Although everybody has their own reasons, we all agree that it´s time for a change, a change in style, a change in band members, ... .
We part as friends, and some of us will probably work together again in the future.

We would like to thank every single one of you for supporting us:
family, friends, our record label Buzzville, … but most of all you guys !!

Thanks again for your support all these years !!!
It wouldn´t have been this great or possible without you guys !!!

All the best, and hope to see you soon ...

Sengir

Thank you !!!

A big thank you to everyone at our show yesterday. Thanks for singing along, thanks for all your support, thanks for all the great comments ...
You have made it a night to remember!
Thank you!

The last concerts

We are sad to announce that these last concerts at De Groene Engel (Oss, The Netherlands) and Tentakel (Evergem, Belgium) will be the last Sengir shows.

A more elaborate post will follow soon.

We hope to see you there one last time!
